This is my 23rd year teaching science in Redfield.

I was born and raised in Sisseton, SD, and graduated from high school in 1979.

I attended Northern State University and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Secondary Education (Biology).

I am an avid outdoorsman.  Hunting, fishing and taxidermy fill my spare time.  During the summers of 2002, and 2004, I was in Alaska for two twelve day dall sheep hunts. During the summer of 2006, I was in South Africa for a ten day hunt.

I am also very interested in World War II history-especially the air war and fighter planes.
